Maintain record of Tags for office inventory. Assist HR, operations, and logistics with basic administrative tasks. Assist in arranging for hotels and facilitate sessions, workshops, or related activities. Assist on arranging transportation for employees or visitors, and prepare for transportations payments. Ensures knowledge of staff movements. Making arrangement for hotel and ticket reservations for the employees and visitors Organize meetings. Other functions could be related to the position, according to the work needs. Prepare letters and documents for the project.
