Currently I am performing my duties as Admin/HR Manager since “24thApril, 2016”  at Power Zone Engineering & Services.My Duties are;

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, personal documents and joining reports.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
·         To look after all the documentation regarding correspondence with the client ·         Prepare Daily Attendance & overtime sheets. ·         Deal with Government department Like EOBI, Social Security etc. ·         Prepare Monthly attendance. ·         Update Leave record of the employees and to initiate their leave applications and to seek approval when it is due. ·         To prepare Salary Sheets at the end of every month. ·         To ensure implementation company’s policies & procedures and advices given by the top management time to time.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence e.g. letters, emails and packages
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Distribution, maintenance, repair and utilization of the entire vehicle fleet of the area.
  • To ensure the proper utilization and efficient use of the funds being granted for the transport budget.
  • Allocation and proper rotation of appropriate work and assignments to the employees o r junior officers.
  • Prepare daily vehicle inspection report.
  • Keep an eye on Consumption of fuel issued to vehicles.
