• Research in respect of Various Legal and Commercial/Corporate issues. • To examine all the court cases filed for and against the Department in the Civil Courts, Labour Courts, Labour Tribunal, NIRC, Banking Courts, Special JudgeCentral Anticorruption, Federal Services Tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan and to assist the Head of Department about further course of action. • To take up the matters pertaining to the court cases filed for and against the Department in the said courts with the Ministry of Law & justice for nomination of Government Counsels. • Public Relations, Procurement and Contracts. • Contract Dealing, Drafting, Vetting, Negotiation & Handling. • Interdepartmental and Coordination with Various Organization. • Conducting Hearings with Secretary/Director General, Monitoring of Litigation. • Coordination with versified departments on Legal issues, providing guidance for drafting of various documents. • Legal Opinion on Litigation Matters, Drafting and Vetting of Legal Instruments. • Briefing and Debriefing to the Secretary/Director General. Research on Various Legal issues, meetings with Lawyers and concerned parties. • Supervision and Management of the Litigation Wing and Law Department. • Planning and arrangements for dissemination of awareness raising material flyers, brochures, pamphlets in the target areas. • Planning and arrangements for dissemination Objectives, Activities & Available Services through Media TV, Cable, FM Radio & Newspapers. • Facilitation and Arrangements for the Training Sessions / Workshops/Seminars • Compilation of different nature of reports monthly work plans, progress reports etc to highlight the Progress of Project Activities. • Conducted a case Study/Survey on the domestic Violence & its Impact on the Society. • Ability to meet the target well in time in a Challenging Environment. • Ability to work under pressure and can handle multidimensional task. • Ability to work independently as well as team player. • Ability to do work in flexible hours, resourceful and can meet the target. • Counseling, Military Experience, MS.
