About Kashif Hussain

My field of study encouraged me to go for development sector since I am a graduate in Social Sciences majoring in Economics. I have done Masters in Project Management which supplemented me with the knowledge of Project Quality management, Risk management, Time management, Project Quality Management, Project Procurement & Contract management. And Project HR management. My experiences lay in the Development World affiliated with an INGO for last 5 years. I have maintained a dynamic attitude during my service period breaking the conventional norms of an employee hailing tasks of more than one departments of an organization. Currently I am working as Senior Training Officer at Hashoo Foundation, Pakistan. My past circle of service is as Training Officer and before that Job Placement Officer. I have gained a dynamic and multi-tasking experience at my current organization. I have been leading the project-based activities which directly incorporates capacity building of people through Skill Development Programs. I have a working experience with major development sector donors like Plan Pakistan, USAID, UKAID, DFID, PPAF, PSDF, TEVTA, UNDP Pakistan and NAVTTC during my short career. Other than Job Placement I have extended my tasks to have and experienced in Admin and Monitoring and evaluation departments. I shall try my level best to ensure that my prospective induction at any organization leads to more progress and professionalism
