Capital Administration and Development Division was established under the 18th constitutional amendment and it is responsible to carry out the functions, which have been started by the abolished ministries and divisions in the federal capital. The ministry of CADD has the mandate to carry out the functions of education, health sector, social welfare and maintains the working of various departments and organization, which come under their administrative control.
